Introducing Cumhur,

Seven years ago, Cumhur, also known as "Jimmy," embarked on a journey from his homeland, Turkey, to Aotearoa, and instantly fell in love with our country. He spent a year exploring the picturesque coastline, the breathtaking mountainscapes, and immersing himself in our Kiwi culture.

Driven by his love for travel and a desire to explore different cultures, Jimmy continued his global adventures, ultimately finding his calling in the tattooing industry. He quickly discovered a natural passion for blackwork, micro-realism, and fineline tattooing, and he has been developing his skills and perfecting his craft ever since.

However, despite his travels and diverse experiences, Jimmy's heart remained nostalgically tied to Aotearoa, prompting him to make the decision to return and settle down in Auckland alongside his beautiful wife, Hazal. Here, he aims to further his tattooing career and explore even more of Aotearoa.

With a background in Biology, Jimmy finds immense joy in incorporating animal and floral subject matter into his tattoo designs. His expertise lies in creating intricate and detailed pieces, where he truly shines in his element.
