Samoan born, Junior is headed back home to Aotearoa in May after living in Australia for the last 3 decades. Junior along side his wife Erin has owned and managed a successful tattoo studio in Melbourne for the last 10 years, just recently closing the doors to pursue a more balanced lifestyle reconnecting with his roots here in NZ and taking on a new resident artist position at Tattoo Gold.Over his career he has travelled throughout Australia, NZ, Asia, Europe and Hawaii attending tattoo conventions, networking with artists and doing guest spots appearances. Junior enjoys many styles of tattooing but in particular Poly-fusion which incorporates his love of black and grey realism with a Polynesian twist and influence. He also enjoys fine line florals and is always looking for new ways to reinvent customer concepts and ideas.Outside of tattooing Junior is a much adored father of 6 and recently welcomed his first granddaughter.
