Section 2: Bookings and deposits
Appointments require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours' notice is given. Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in loss of deposit.
Section 3: Consultations and health information
Certain tattoo work, including large-scale projects and paramedical tattooing, requires a consultation. You agree to provide accurate health and medical information relevant to your tattoo where requested, for your safety during the procedure.
Section 4: Accuracy of information
Information on this site, including pricing, availability, and studio details, may change without notice. We aim to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at all times.
Section 5: Images and portfolio use
With your consent, photographs of your tattoo may be used on our website, social media, or portfolio. You may withdraw this consent at any time, though images already published prior to withdrawal may remain in previously shared or printed material.
Section 6: Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.
Section 7: Prohibited use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to harass or discriminate against any person, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Tattoo Gold, its directors, artists, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 9: Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand for New Zealand-based services, and the laws of the Netherlands for services provided from our Netherlands studio, as applicable.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
